Before you ask
A few things, made clear.
Why work with you instead of an AI website builder?
If you enjoy building and maintaining your own site, a self-service builder may suit you. Our service is for people who want help making decisions and finishing the job: concepts, content arrangement, setup, testing and launch.
Are the five concepts free?
We review your brief first. For a suitable project, one initial round of up to five visual directions is included without a build deposit. These are mockup images, not five working websites. Additional concept rounds or extensive speculative work need a separate agreement.
Do I need my logo and photos ready?
Use what you have. Send your logo, public business photos, service information and websites you like. If assets are missing, we can discuss licensed stock or clearly illustrative generated imagery. Logo design and photography are not included in the website packages.
When do I pay, and what happens if I cancel?
The 50% deposit is due only after you accept a written scope and quote. The remaining 50% is due after you approve the completed work, before launch or handover. Cancellation and payment treatment are defined in that agreement; any unearned amount and completed work are reconciled against it.
Where will my website be hosted?
For a standard static website, our default recommendation is Cloudflare Pages in an account you own. Optional care covers managed hosting and the specified support. Booking stays with your chosen provider. App hosting depends on its data, login and integration needs and is quoted before work starts.
Can you guarantee customers or Google rankings?
No. We can deliver the agreed website and working inquiry paths. Getting visitors also takes referrals, local visibility, useful content, outreach or advertising. Any marketing work or ad spend needs a separate scope.
How long does a build take?
We confirm timing in your quote after reviewing your content and requirements. A simple website can be planned for approximately two to three weeks after the deposit and complete assets arrive. Custom apps require their own schedule.
Who owns the finished work?
After final payment, the agreed custom website files and content are handed over to you. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets and generated media remain subject to their applicable licences. Your domain and booking/payment accounts should be registered in your business name.
